Having worked for several decades in the sector, Dr. Javier Morán has amassed extensive international experience, covering the entire value chain of these products. Professor of Food Innovation at UCAM, the Catholic University of Murcia, he boasts more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, both in Europe and Latin America.
