AZIERTA celebrates the launch of Digital, Science & Growth, its Digital Transformation Consultancy Unit
AZIERTA launched its new DS&G unit in an online event organised for the top management representatives of companies from the Healthcare Sector. In this webinar, Dr Antonio Borregón, the leader of the new DS&G unit and Chief Digital Officer, who was accompanied by Marta Rodríguez, Health Industry Director, shared the key points of the Business 2.0 Model for companies in the Sector.
Thanks to AZIERTA’s know-how and methodology, companies can digitally transform their organisations and business areas to ensure a positive impact on their turnover.
In the context in which we are living, there is an even more pressing need for investments to be made in digital development as a strategy for creating new business models and more efficient ways of reaching our clients. We are currently undergoing a period of circumstantial and structural changes. As a result of these changes, a new business environment is being created in which companies must adopt new digital measures.
Digitalisation is a model of efficiency. Here at AZIERTA we help organisations to identify their level of digital maturity and their willingness and ability to change. Regardless of this combination, we accompany company leaders, with the support of their management team, through their digital transformation journey, starting with the design phase, so that they can soon reap the benefits of this new business model. To steer a top-down company to towards a digital vision, a culture of change and a “digital-first” mentality, in addition to the skills, talents and tools that the organisation already has to offer are fundamental.
AZIERTA provides the expertise and flexible work methods to facilitate the digital transformation process, still, it is up to the company to decide how far it is willing to go. Thanks to our 360º vision, we can advise on the areas that will have the greatest impact on the organisation’s results, going beyond the commercial model. This longitudinal vision is even more important now that it is scientific research and digital market access that are paving the way to success for many companies in the sector. We are talking about the value of integrating digital solutions, alongside traditional ones in Pharmaceutical Production, Medical Affairs, Big-data, Quality and Safety, Toxicology and Pharmacovigilance and in our relationships with regulatory bodies.
Ultimately, DS&G will accompany leaders in the design, planning and execution of their digital transformation process, providing them with new and innovative ways of accessing the market and clients in this new reality. We offer a multi-disciplinary vision, helping to maximise the growth, efficiency and differentiation of this digital transformation process in this new business reality.
